If a potential investment meets the Foundation’s basic investment criteria, an Investment Evaluator form is completed to assist in final due diligence. Investment Evaluators are customized forms that the Foundation uses to document the investment’s alignment with the impact investment strategy. Evaluators also serve as a baseline to identify relevant impact indicators that the Foundation will track over time to measure its own effectiveness.

Investment Evaluators are completed for all investments and will be placed on this site as they become available. Please use this as a reference when reading any KLF investment evaluators.
