Social Component Investments

Social Component Investments (SCIs) allocate part of their profits either directly or indirectly to social beneficiaries. Since SCIs are not directly aligned with our mission, we evaluate investments in this space opportunistically. Given a choice between SCIs and non-SCIs, we prefer SCIs. When appropriate, we like to leverage our philanthropic activities with the principals and investors involved in SCIs.

Investment Evaluators for KL Felicitas Foundation’s SCIs are currently being completed and will be available on this site in early 2011.

Current SCIs include:

  • Legacy Ventures III & IV
